Biggest inspiration on your tennis career? Elena Baltacha. Training with her from a young age made me realise how hard you needed to work to be a tennis player.

What’s the best advice you can offer to this years fresher’s? Get involved with absolutely everything. On court, socially and on matchdays!

Favourite Loughborough moment? AU ball 2015. Bringing all of the team together to celebrate the success of our club and our University.

Favourite colour? Pink & Purple

Why Loughborough? The best place to be if you want to combine high level sport with a top 4 University.

What is your favourite thing about Loughborough tennis? The team spirit.

Random fact that no-one knows about you? Aged 14 I could deadlift 160Kg (I can’t anymore)

What’s the best advice you can offer to this years fresher’s? Try and get involved in as much as you can.

Favourite Loughborough moment? As a Falk Egg fresher the sing off was a massive highlight.

Why Loughborough? Aside from the great sport facilities and clubs we have, being part of the ‘Loughborough bubble’ is something you’ll never forget.

What is your favourite thing about Loughborough tennis? The tennis centre and its coaches are absolutely fantastic.

What’s the best advice you can offer to this years fresher’s? Make sure you get involved with a club or sport!

Favourite Loughborough moment? Beating Bath in the cup semi-final on a doubles shoot out.

Why Loughborough? You can wear flip flops and a t-shirt all year round and not feel out of place.

What is your favourite thing about Loughborough tennis? The friendly and vibrant tennis centre.

Biggest inspiration on your tennis career? My first individual coach who was so passionate about tennis.

What’s the best advice you can offer to this years fresher’s? If you get involved in all aspects of Uni life, you’ll have a ball. Be involved in tennis as youll be immersed in a fab group of people!

Favourite Loughborough moment? Winning a very tense shoot out, in Scotland, to progress in the cup. The team really came together to get through it as it was so tight.

Why Loughborough? Strong academic University with so many opportunities in other areas, particularly sport! Being able to combine playing lots of tennis, great student nightlife and studying at a top University is perfect for me.

What is your favourite thing about Loughborough tennis? Love travelling to matches on a Wednesday with the team, everyone being in the same training sessions which creates a great atmosphere and being able to work training sessions around lectures, with there being two sessions a day.
