What is Lacrosse and what do I need to bring?
Fancy trying a classic English sport?
Lacrosse is a team sport played between two teams using a rubber ball and a long handled stick called a ‘crosse’. The head of the lacrosse stick is strung with a loose mesh net designed to catch and carry the lacrosse ball. The aim of the game is to score goals against the opposition using the lacrosse stick to throw, catch and carry the ball among the team.
Turn up to this fun session and we will explain all of the rules, let you use the equipment and support you to develop the skills needed for the sport.
