Beginners Running

When and Where: Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 6pm – Meet at the Holywell Fitness Centre Reception

What to expect: No experience needed! If you’re new to running these sessions will introduce you gradually with a mix of walking, jogging and running to get you up to speed. No one is ‘too slow’ to come along. The session will be very fun and inclusive so you can get fit whilst having fun! There will be plenty of opportunity to chat and meet new people, as well as getting to know the campus. Distances will range between 2-5k depending on numbers and abilities.

How to get involved: Simply turn up to Holywell Fitness Centre Reception and meet our Activators – no sign up or booking required.

Who to look out for: Our Activators Hannah and or Meg, will be there to meet greet and motivate you to get up and running!
