We offer a diverse and packed timetable of fitness classes, from Zumba to Pilates and everything in between. Our friendly instructors will make sure you get the most out of every class no matter what your level, helping you to improve your fitness!
All classes are open to everyone, but places are limited so you will need to book.

Fitness Classes only run during term time, however Pilates will run on a Tuesday and Thursday from 12.30-13.30pm and Hour of Power will run on Wednesday 27th March, Wednesday 3rd April and Wednesday 10th April at 6-7pm in the Quorn Hall, during the Easter Holiday.
All classes will resume on Monday 15th April 2013.
All classes are priced at £1.50 for students and £3.00 for staff and general public
