The campus may be quiet but we are still have free, turn up and play sports sessions running throughout the summer months for those still here!
MyLifestyle is for students who want to play sport, keep fit and exercise for fun, in an environment free from competition, expectation and commitment. Best of all it’s cheap and sometimes FREE
We have a huge range of fitness classes to choose from, including Zumba, Pilates, Body Pump and much more, helping you to keep fit, stay healthy and be happy!
