Included within your membership you have the opportunity to book free personal 1-2-1 sessions with our instructors to help kick-start your exercise routine. We can be on hand to review, shadow or change your workout according to your goals.
Whatever direction you want your training to take we can cater for it; be it free weights, cardio or sports specific. Once created the programme will be integrated into the MyWellness application to save and amend your workouts.
If you want to train with friends then you can also book a free mini group session with one of our team for you and up to 3 of your friends. We can take you through any type of session you want from a circuit training session to a 30 minute ab blast.
