Getting Started

Thank you for purchasing a membership for Holywell Fitness Centre, to get the very best health and fitness experience we have a few important steps for you to take:

Step 1. Registration to My Wellness Cloud

Complete the online questionnaire and registration and in less than two minutes we can identify the right programme, activities and approach for you.

Through your mobile phone we can provide personal programmes, challenges, coaching and so much more, as a requirement you will need to be registered in order to make use of the fantastic gym equipment at Holywell.

Step 2. Gym Activation Session

We invite you to join us for your gym activation session at Holywell Fitness Centre. During this 45 minute session you will be introduced to our fully qualified Fitness Instructors who will get you started and give you all the support you need.

We ask all customers to bring their student card / staff card to allow future access to the facility.

Booking your gym activation session is easy, either drop-in to visit us or ring 01509 228 800.  If you have joined and have your Member ID and Pin you can book your activation on-line.  When on the booking screen search for “Holywell Activation” in the “activity type” section and adjust the dates to suit you.  You can book any activity 2 weeks in advance of the date so get booked in now…

Step 3. Start Exercising!

You now have access to Holywell Fitness Centre, please refer to the website for useful facility information. The Fitness Instructors are here to support you and offer all you need to achieve your personal goals.

You will need to bring your mobile with you on each occasion to make use of our fantastic gym equipment. The wellness cloud will be an invaluable tool which records your activity and links with the Holywell Fitness Centre fitness equipment. Not to worry if you don’t have a mobile, customers are able to purchase a key device as an alternative, please see our reception team for more details.
