The men’s football club compete in the Midland Football Alliance, FA Cup and FA Vase as well as the British Universities and Colleges Sport Competition (BUCS) and the Midlands Combination League.
Loughborough first won the National BUCS competition in 1939, and are its most successful competitor winning it 35 times since.
2010 saw Loughborough lift the BUCS trophy again and also the Midlands Universities League title.
The club have a developing Futsal programme, winning the BUCS Futsal competition in 2008 and reaching the FA Cup Futsal final in 2009.
The training Facilities used are the 2 Rubber Crumb astroturfs, Powerbase and the High Performance Athletics Centre as well as the brand new Loughborough University Stadium, purpose built for football.
